We are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who will manage all aspects of engagements with new customers for our organisation on a Residential campaign. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate offers and solutions. The focus of this critical new role is to lead and grow our team of Field Sales Representatives on behalf of a brand new client delivering exceptional performance through best in class sales management, training and reporting. 

You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers whilst overseeing Field Sales Representatives and managing daily sales activity and territory planning. You will lead the team by example through their passion and commitment for the role. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

➢    Delivery of team KPIs and sales targets to ensure the success and growth of the Residential Sales Teams, including Sales Volumes and Quality, Headcount Management and activity rates

➢    Be a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and compliance

➢    Hands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existing

➢    To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard

➢    Ensure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations

➢    Continuous communication routines with team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure effective planning, opportunity identification management and sales conversion

Requirements

➢    Previous experience managing Residential Sales Teams

➢    Strong planning, time management, organising, and reporting skills

➢    An excellent team builder and motivator who will thrive on working closely with the team to meet challenging but achievable targets

➢    Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to cope under demanding pressure

➢    Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information

➢    Proficiency in computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM database

➢    Work on own initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision

➢    Continually looking for ways to improve sales performance

 

Qualifications:

➢    Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based setting, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality and compliance

➢    Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales

➢    Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and efficiently managing the admin processes and systems required to manage the team

➢    Excellent people skills – skilled at balancing the need to provide clear direction, hold people to account whilst providing a framework within which to succeed

➢    Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly

➢    Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients

➢    Full Irish driving licence

➢    Fluent English

➢    Timely reporting of team performance, activity, and sales as required

➢    Identify and implement one new or improved way of working each quarter which will increase sales/or improve our ways of working
