As Head of Sales for this established provider of eLearning solutions, you will joining a successful organization providing eLearning products and services within the financial services sector including banks, insurance companies, funds, the corporate sector, and government bodies.

This role provides you with the opportunity to join a vibrant team with an already established network of companies and develop those accounts further whilst leveraging your own network to further drive sales and implement a successful digitalized sales and marketing strategy. With offices based in the heart of the City in Dublin and servicing both the UK and Ireland markets you can work from their offices or remotely.

What you will bring to the role: -
* A minimum of 3 years sales in a relevant industry, eLearning, education, SAAS or Financial Services
* Strong B2B sales skills with ability to develop sales strategies for your targeted market and products
* Proven success of implementing a digital marketing strategy
* Proven sales history of increasing revenue against targets
* Ability to discuss with and understand client needs, map client requirements to products, provide comprehensive solutions, prepare proposals and product
* Competent and confident in understanding the regulatory requirements and legislative changes impacting industry.
* Strong interpersonal & collaborative
* Working knowledge of sales processes, methods, and techniques,
* Highly effective communicator (written, verbal and presentational) as well as excellent closing
* Proficient in the use of CRM to input accurate data, customer intelligence and communicate
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage

Some of the responsibilities of the role will include: -
* Contributing to and developing the overall sales and marketing strategy
* Increasing customer base by prospecting and sales closure
* Attending relevant industry events and remaining up to date with industry changes
* Develop new and existing marketing material and update website and social media channels.

This role provides you with the opportunity to work with a creative, dynamic, and highly skilled team and develop the role further by utilizing your sales and marketing skills to increase market share and your potential earnings.

The salary for this role is €55K - 75K OTE
