At least 5 years Business development Experience within the FMCG Sector.
Ø Comfortable making cold calls and not afraid of hearing ‘NO’?
Ø Keen to succeed in a fast- paced, challenging, and rewarding sales environment?
Ø Motivated by working towards targets and determined to succeed in any role?
Ø Proficient in Lead Generation and know how to dig where suitable!! (CRM)
What will you do?
Ø Qualify leads and convert into sales
Ø Selling to our current Customer bases new lines they don’t carry.
Ø Work as part of a fast-paced Sales Team
Ø Holiday Cover across the regions.
Responsibilities:
Ø Account Development within current customer base i.e selling new product lines such as Sun Exotic stands, Novelty stands etc, into existing Customers across all groups.
Ø Opening new account across a defined region
Ø Promoting / Presenting / Opening of new accounts – with full range of all company products.
Ø Pre-selling our Seasonal Range into the existing Customer base within a defined timeline.
Ø Servicing & maintaining new customers activated on a 4-weekly schedule.
Ø To ensure that orders are delivered in a timely fashion thereby meeting customers’ requirements i.e., on time, in good condition and with good customer service.
Ø Work with the Retail Sales Manager to ensure distribution and sales targets are met on a weekly basis.
Ø Review, analyse and communicate product performance and slow lines.
Ø Effectively and efficiently plan territory in order to reach targets.
Ø Holiday Cover for existing Reps when on holidays. (Holidays of 5 days or more).
Requirements:
Ø Previous Sales Rep experience in FMCG is essential.
Ø Self-motivated & able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Ø Strong customer focus.
Ø Must hold a full clean driver’s license.
