We re looking for a Regional Sales Executive to come and join our Irish Foodservice team. ABOUT THE ROLE In a nutshell, it s your job to sell our products to end users, which are pubs, bars, restaurants, and take aways. You'll be doing this mainly in Dublin, but you'll need to be prepared to travel across Ireland to where the opportunities are. The role also includes Developing sales opportunities through new business accounts and incremental business. This should be achieved through range selling across the McCain product portfolio. Targets will be set on a quarterly and/or annual basis in line with Freetrade sector overall budgets. Demonstrate and explain a product in a structured approach, to ensure new and existing business is enhanced. Utilise your product and culinary knowledge to provide appropriate solutions to the caterer. Develop and grow relevant sectors measured by ex-factory sales by wholesaler and depot & accurately maintain all customer information on CRM system for internal use, field management and analysis. General administration to be fully complete on time demonstrating attention to detail. Work cross-functionally with other UK based functions within the business EG:- Business Manager, Finance, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain & Customer Service. Occasional travel to GB to attend internal meetings. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with sales experience. We d love this to be within food, but we re also open to your background. You'll also be Someone who can hold a good conversation, an nfluencer and great at building connections with people. Good with numbers, you'll be able to analyse a wide range of financial data Strong time management including planning and organising. Well-developed negotiation, presentation and persuasive selling skills Someone who s a self-motivator. Although you ll be highly connected, you won t be surrounded by your team daily so it s important you can motivate yourself.
