Branch Floor Manager: Building Solutions (S.Dublin)

* Operational Branch Support including Trade Counter Sales, Quotations, Distribution, Stock Management, Ordering, Shop Presentation & Customer Service, Merchandising
* Mentor, lead, and motivate branch staff by providing training, coaching, and development
* Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that improve branch growth opportunities
* Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
* Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
* Stay abreast of competing markets

Branch Floor Manager: Requirements

* Proven Builder Provider/Merchants/Trade Counter experience Essential
* Sufficient knowledge of General Construction Supplies
* Ability to meet sales targets, Ability to Leader, manage and motivate team
* Excellent organizational skills and Results driven and customer-focused
* Will consider someone wanting to step up from Counter Sales into a Management Role
