Due to expansion in Dermot Hughes Cars, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales and profit opportunities via the sale of vehicles, finance, and accessories. Profit margins achieved on the sale of all products are in line with manufacturer standards. This results in the selling of an agreed volume of new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs;
Assist customers in selecting their new or used vehicle vehicle;
Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients;
Liaise with customers throughout the buying process;
Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers;
Work to strict targets and deadlines;
Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
Key Requirements:
Full, clean driving licence is essential;
Motor Industry Sales experience is essential;
Commercial experience is an advantage;
Excellent customer service skills;
Effective time management with an ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activity to secure new business;
A positive, can do attitude;
Self-motivation;
Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills;
Ability to work in a team environment.
