This is a chance to build on your already existing retail and commercial knowledge and add to your management experience. Responsible for leading a team through coaching, mentoring and motivation you will also deliver tailored customer service and drive retail sales.
Day to day routine includes lead the sales, working towards targets, help customers find the product or service they're looking for, managing, motivate and drive the team.
As an Account Manager, you will drive commercial retail strategy, maximise sales performance and productivity, excellent customer service and be a true leader to the team, ensuring their development and guiding them to reach and exceed their targets.
At ELEMIS we believe the personality and dedication of our people sets us apart. We're looking for dynamic and driven Account Managers to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll come with a NVQ level 2 qualification and will understand and love all things skincare.
You will have:
Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and organising staffing.
Proven success achieving personal sales targets.
Experience delivering on counter events as well as the initiative to create events to drive your business in the community and store.
Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office
