With nearly 90 years of well-regarded design and innovation iCandy are successfully nurturing and winning additional business on a national and global scale, with both independent stores and large national highstreet retailers. €46,000-€56,000 salary + €10,000 OTE + Car + Enhanced Benefits We are now hiring for an Account Manager to cover relationships with independent retailers throughout Ireland (all territories). This is a field based, remote role. Working from home you will be reporting into the iCandy Head of Sales, Head Office is located in Bedfordshire (where candidates will need to be happy to travel to for Team meetings quarterly). As the relationship holder for Ireland, you will be responsible for growing the retailer footprint, managing existing retail accounts and exploring new opportunities to drive revenue for the business. Management of an established network of independent retailers across Ireland Working towards ambitious yet attainable sales targets Working collaboratively with your retail accounts and cultivating robust relationships to drive sales and achieve the company and regional goals Effective Management of journey plans Daily Account meetings with retail accounts Weekly and Monthly sales reporting Working closely with internal departments including Sales Support, Marketing and Operations to ensure cross-function alignment Review of new business leads and reporting back to senior management Day to day administration of the retail accounts including back-order management and allocations of stock Delivering a full year plan for each of your accounts which will include marketing activations and commercial promotions Attendance at Trade and Consumer Shows within the UK & Europe The ideal candidate will be: Sales driven and commercially astute, able to find solutions quickly. A natural negotiator and relationship builder Proactive and able to consistently work on their own initiative and also remotely Have in-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstrating and sales reporting Highly organised, able to meet deadlines, and provide clear sales feedback on their region. A strong communicator Flexible to accommodate some overnight stays to ensure 100% coverage of Ireland Territory fully expensed. Criteria: A proven, positive track record within a field-based sales role evidence of hitting and exceeding targets Ideally from a luxury nursery product background although none nursery lux will be considered. Proficient in using digital technology with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Full clean driving license Enhanced benefits and all travel and over nights stays paid for
