Systemair Ireland is a business unit of the Systemair group, our primary function is the sales & support of our range of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning products.



Role – Internal Sales

The primary function of this role is supporting the sales team which will involve sales tasks and administrative support aswell as dealing directly with our customer base.


We are seeking a self-starter & proactive individual who wants to progress their career in sales / HVAC construction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations & product proposals
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with customers
  • Communicating technical product points clearly to customers
  • Handle day to day queries with internal functions and relay back to relevant stakeholders.
  • Be part of the team that will focus on growing sales through existing customers and proactively work on and finding new opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Proactively drive and achieve set KPI’s
  • Supporting the Internal & External Sales Team with admin tasks
  • To undertake other duties /responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time



Candidate will possess

  • Self - motivation, ambition, drive and thirst to succeed
  • Previous experience in an inside sales position is advantageous
  • Be outgoing, positive & results orientated
  • Good written and verbal communication skills along with good negotiation skills
  • Highly computer literate and efficient
  • A strong customer services focus with a professional manner
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and pricing
