Application for position of Energy Adviser.

At Quantum Energy we have unique relationships with many different energy providers. We offer both employed and self-employed positions for Energy Advisers. We are currently recruiting for our Flogas residential Campaign - This role involves offering huge discounts to residential Electricity and Gas customers at their homes through door-to-door sales!

This would also be ideal for a commercial broker looking to offer their existing clients a great deal on there home energy costs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions through cold calling and business development
• You must be able to work Full Time, Monday - Friday
  - Working Hours are 11.30-8.00pm Mon-Fri
• Develop trusted relationships with future customers
• To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue target and KPIs
• To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
• To ensure the target rejection/losses rate is not exceeded
• To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard
• Identify sales opportunities thorough questioning
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
• Enjoy your job – Have fun and sell

Qualifications

• Target and results driven
• Minimum of 12 months energy field experience
• Experience working in a door to door sales role
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers
• Ambitious and target-driven individuals with admirable interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
• The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
