Your job.

The Lead Strategist will work closely with key stakeholders in the Global Accounts ("GAP") and Global Product Solutions ("GPS") sales teams and across functions to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, drive operational scale, provide data insights for GPS/GAP leadership, and improve efficiency. Help identify, scope, lead and implement critical projects and sales initiatives partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization
Oversee and lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making
Complete analysis and assessment of growth opportunities; refine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities for Global Account and Global Product Solutions organizations
Help develop the critical skills of more junior team members; serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for the broader team
Act as an escalation point for roadblocks, challenging projects, and time-sensitive / critical requests
Act as conduit between Global Account / Global Product Solutions sales strategy team and the local EMEA sales strategy teams to share information and best practices

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategy or a BizOps/growth role within a technology company
Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or other relevant / quantitative disciplines
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills; ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for senior leadership
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills; management experience preferred
Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious by nature and not afraid to roll up sleeves to get work done
Fluency with SQL is highly preferred; applicants would preferably be able to structure queries, pull data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis, create reports and influence decision making. Absent familiarity with SQL, strong understanding of data / data structures and exceptional Excel modeling skills will suffice

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
