Telesales Executive based in Dublin 12


We are hiring full time and part time telesales executives to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be motivated, ambitious, strong rapport, and a proven track record in outbound sales whilst delivering results in a challenging environment

Your role within our company will be to screen & qualify leads, arrange field sales team's diaries, deal with customer queries and keep our systems updated. You help solve any customer queries and ensure a pro. You will work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure our well-oiled machine is kept running.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel

·         Developing new client relationships and opening doors for new business development

·         Reviewing account activity by region and following up on existing and potential customers

·         Ability to cross sell and up sell

·         Strong customer focus

·         Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing manager

·         Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building an atmosphere of calibration

Personal requirements:

  • Ideally you will have a proven track record in generating and closing sales in call centre environment
  • You must be a great problem solver
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Be Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets
  • The successful candidate will have a warm friendly Yes I can! attitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems an advantage

Working hours (Full time / part time options):


Option A - Full time Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 8:45 - 17:00, Friday 8:45 - 16:00


Option B - Part time Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 10:00 - 14:00


Option C - Part time Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 13:00 - 17:00, Friday 12:00 - 16:00
