INTERNAL SALES JOB SPECIFICATION  

Key Initial Responsibilities:

·         Deal with customer phone call and e-mail enquiries

·         Select and advise appropriate products to customers for their projects

·         Prepare and submit quotations and calculations to customers within the requested technical specification.

·         Communicate with suppliers relative to incoming customer enquiries

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The successful candidate must:

·         Have knowledge and experience within the valve industry.

·         Have proficient computer skills.

·         Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Hold a full valid driver’s license.

In addition to the above, it would be advantageous for applicants to have a minimum of 3 year’s recent relevant experience working in a similar role.
