FRS Recruitment have partnered with a national retailer and seeking a Marketing Manager for a 1 Year Mat leave fixed contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist product and service provider in developing & implementing the strategic marketing & brand plans to deliver sales growth for over 20 retail stores nationwide & online.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Creating & implementing the strategic marketing plan, including product & service launches.
* Campaign management from brief to delivery, including Online activation, TV, Radio, Press, PR, in-store events, Digital Display, VOD, Organic & Paid Social, email marketing, influencer marketing and in-store point of sale.
* Setting campaign objectives, measuring performance, reviewing effectiveness.
* Budget management, forecasting, reconciliations & analysis/ROI
* Leading the Marketing & Print Production teams, mentoring three direct reports.
* Managing external agencies including digital & media.
* Building strategic relationships with key brand partner marketing teams, developing marketing plans, unlocking support budget, and managing all activation & post-campaign reporting requirements.

Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage them to completion
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel ,Word, PowerPoint)
* Third level qualification in Marketing, Business or relevant field.

3+ years experience in supervisory role
