*Position Summary*
To provide dedicated support to the Commercial Director and the business development team to facilitate their effective and efficient operation.
The role will encompass the delivery of key tasks with a high focus on excellent presentation of documentation in line with ISS Irelands standards and expectations.
Provide a full range of support activities to the business development team which include but are not exclusive to:
Ø Management of the internal bid process, tracking of the tender process and own the completion of all tenders
Ø Continual development of an effective tender information library and liaison with other divisions and departments to ensure updated relevance
Ø Development writing and design of content for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender responses, bespoke to ISS Ireland prospects
Ø Supporting the business development team to create marketing activity in line with company expectations
Ø Preparing presentations in a number of formats
Ø Establishing all deadlines for document submission and managing these deadlines
Ø Editing content received to ensure standards are met and material is bespoke to prospect requirements
Ø Liaising with key ISS personnel and external clients to ensure a seamless approach to Bid Management.
Ø Scheduling the bid strategy meeting with sales, operations, FD and MD

· Can demonstrate experience of writing bespoke documentation.
· 2-3 years minimum bid management experience
