As a Sales Activation Specialist in our Scaled Business Success team, you'll consult with prospective, new and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to activate their jobs on our website.
Our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team focuses on supporting the unique needs of our clients, helping them unleash their full potential by leveraging experimentation and contributing to building tomorrow's best Indeed. This role is internally known as Client Activation Sales Specialist.
Proactively contact new clients and prospects to present offers and help them be successful in using Indeed's products and services.
Receive client leads daily and consultation with clients through phone and email to define client needs and present opportunities and product demonstrations through Zoom.
Promote Indeed's products & services and demonstrate the return on investment to maximize client's success and help them through the onboarding journey.
Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion.
Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained.
Who You Are
Experience in Sales / Service, ideally in (but not limited to): online marketing, account management, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies.
Great communication skills in English and Dutch, including the ability to actively listen.
Strong customer focus and passion to educate, service and sell.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt quickly in a changing work environment.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
