The Role:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
* Provide advice an evaluate client’s insurance requirements
* Responsible for renewals, client retention and up selling.
* Reporting any issues to management
* Working in dynamic team setting
* Knowledge of personal lines products and processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 18 months experience in similar role
* APA qualification & progressing towards CIP
* Good customer service skills, pleasant and approachable as well as confidence in negotiation
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in Relay software or equivalent
The Package:
* Salary is negotiable depending on experience
* 23 days annual leave
