Branch Manager: Builder Providers


The Branch Manager is responsible for all of the daily functions within the branch, developing the branch business strategies in order to achieve branch revenue, sales, and service goals.l

Branch Manager: Builder Providers (Sligo)

* Working within the Leadership Team to establish branch monthly growth targets and develop Sales & Marketing objectives to deliver the required sales, margin, and profit performance for the Branch Unit.
* Improve the performance of the Branch Unit across several key performance measures, including but not limited to customer care, service excellence, attention to detail, stock management, warehousing, and employee performance,
* Manage, Motivate, develop, and recruit internal and external team ensuring key company culture requirements are adhered to.
* Generate a culture of continuous improvement through staff performance-related coaching, mentoring, and leading by example in terms of attention to detail, outstanding customer service, commitment, enthusiasm, and drive and passion.
* Develop specific product initiatives and promotions to support marketing and drive footfall into the branch ultimately maximising branch sales and margin performance.
* Managing Branch Stock, ensuring that we have the right stock at the right time to service our customer base and maximise opportunities.
* Ability to demonstrate a successful track record and show the achievement of financial objectives and targets.
* Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and controls are always followed

Requirements: Branch Manager: Builder Providers (Sligo)

* Experienced, well-seasoned Commercial/Retail Manager, with a proven track record in end-to-end operational management with a retail branch or business unit.
* Strong Senior Retail/Operations Management experience is essential, within the wider B2B, FMCG, Grocery, and Hardware Sector will also be considered.
* Ability to demonstrate a successful track record and show the achievement of financial objectives and targets.
* Solid understanding of Stock Control, Supply Chain, and Logistics
* Exceptional people management skills with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership and relationship-building skills
* Must be financially and commercially astute.
* Ability to juggle different demands and switch between them as appropriate.
