Your responsibilities will include:
• Building customer relationships by understanding their needs and managing their parts enquiries
• As a member of the parts team manage inventory through our computerised stock control system to achieve first class customer service and order fill rates
• Picking and packing parts as well as goods inwards/outwards management and associated paperwork
• Liaising with the service team ensuring workshop needs for parts are fulfilled
• Maintaining a secure and organised environment where safe systems and working practises are observed
• Support the team with the development and roll out of parts marketing campaigns
• Attending relevant internal and supplier training events
We are seeking
• Customer service orientated team player with good communication and IT skills
• Knowledge and experience gained in the Agri, plant automotive or similar industries
• Basic technical understanding of self propelled vehicles, tractors and machinery
• Flexible, willing to learn can do attitude
Full training will be provided inhouse with opportunities for progression as the business develops
