The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for a defined list of activities that aid and encourage sales growth in existing customers as well as the identification of prospect customers within Seasons Floraville.
Role Responsibilities (Overview)
As a member of the sales support team, ensure that all tasks and objectives are carried out in a timely manner.
Phoning customers and processing orders taken over phone or via email.
Generating customer quotations.
Report at least weekly to Head of Sales on general sales activity, customer feedback and updates on incoming products.
Lead generation and identification of potential new customers.
Monitoring stock levels and interfacing with 3rd party distributors where required.
Representing Seasons Floraville at trade shows.
Supporting field-based sales team and major customers with proactive tasks and activities
Liaise with Capita customer services team to ensure they are dealing with relevant queries or passing to the correct colleagues.
Assisting with customer visits to Seasons Floraville showroom in Ashbourne.
Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
2 years' experience in sales or sales support role.
Full driving license will be needed to travel to the show room in Ashbourne.
