* Manage a high volume of client queries

* Fluent Russian & English (Verbal and Written)
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Customer and solution-orientated with excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience or knowledge of technology an advantage
* Excellent computer skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft office essential
