Our client a 100% Irish owned Life Assurance Company is looking for driven, determined self-starters to join their award-winning and dynamic team of Financial Advisers working in their local communities on behalf of them.
They specialise in taking ambitious people from varied backgrounds and transforming them into confident, professional financial advisers. You may be a previous business owner looking for your next adventure, a mother looking to return to a job that won't effect her personal life or you are just a people person who loves connecting with people.
Training and development will be supplied for the first 12 months and the company will pay for you to further educate yourself.You could expect your overall first-year remuneration to be €35,000 - €50,000+, and growing to €70,000 over the next couple of years.
What you will do:
* Develop new business opportunities within your locality.
* Help people with their financial affairs
* Decide who your clients are and how you spend your time.
* You will be dedicated to selling through the development of long term relationships with clients.
* You will analyse the financial needs of clients and provide solutions that will help them achieve their goals and objectives.
* You will identify markets where you can build a referral base and grow your business.
* You will grow your client bank by selling to client’s needs.
