Your Job

We're looking for a Senior Director of Sales to drive sales expansion for the company. You will be an inclusive and inspirational leader with excellent communication and leadership skills and a desire to help more organizations find and hire great people.

You may have had a previous role as a Head of Sales, New Business Development Director or Sales Manager.

You will lead our inside sales teams based in Dublin, focusing on the mid-market segment for the Italian market.


You will hire, lead and develop a team of Sales Directors, Team Leads, Senior Account Executives and Sales Executives, direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services
Reporting to the Head of Sales for Italy, you will partner closely with the agency sales team and field sales team in Milan and you will become a key member of the wider Next Generation Markets sales leadership team
You will be a mentor and coach to a high performing team of individual contributors and people managers and will create an environment in which your team feel guided and supported to perform to the best of their abilities
You will develop high impact collaborations with stakeholders from client success, sales strategy, sales operations, scaled business success, strategy and operations, marketing, and others to help define and execute a sales strategy for Indeed in the Italian market
You will lead new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers by delighting clients with compelling solutions mapped to their hiring needs
You will ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast as well as progress against agreed performance metrics for your teams
You will combine data-driven influencing and decision-making with a people-first approach to building a high performance culture for your teams and business
You will ensure adherence to sales business rules, practices and policies for your teams and territory at all times

Who You Are

10+ years of sales experience
5+ years of sales management experience
2+ years of experience managing managers
Experience managing complex global accounts
Experience with interactive media, especially SEM and pay-per-click products
An understanding of the Italian recruitment landscape
Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
English and Italian language fluency
Up to 50% travel expected

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
