Experienced Sales Account Manager (Cork based) Required
Due to the continued success of our tool business, International Tool Industries now require an Account Manager to cover the Provence of Munster. It is preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in Cork, but not essential.
The Successful Candidate must be able to:
· Manage and develop existing customer relationships whilst seeking new business
· Demonstrate and sell High Quality Power and Hand Tools to the hardware and Builder merchant Stores
· Recommend suitable products and merchandising stands, based on the customer’s specifications and requirements
· Merchandise all the company’s products when and where required
· Develop existing turnover within our current customer base
· To raise awareness and our profile in the marketplace by promoting our brands proactively
· Interact and influence business owners and senior buyers
· Communicate professionally, with our customers and our back-office team.
· Use Microsoft software word and excel programs
· Communicate via email and other electronic devices
The Successful candidate will have:
· A proven track record is a sales capacity
· Ability to work on their own initiative
· Achieve sales targets, set out by the company
- Have a good work ethic
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, within the hardware and builder merchant’s industry, preferred but not essential
- Ability to recognise the customers stock requirements
- Account management skills
- Knowledge of how to manage debts owing to the company
- Excellent time management
- A full clean driving license
