* Job Role and Responsibilities:
* This is a customer facing, supervisory role with a broad range of roles and responsibilities including:
* Day-to-day running of the Reception area
* Front of house, meeting and greeting customers as they come into the busy showroom.
* Responsible for the switchboard, answering and distributing all calls, taking clear notes and messages.
* Managing the customer waiting and refreshment areas in the showroom
* Supporting administration for all areas of the business including accounts, sales and aftersales (service and parts sales) marketing, facilities and reporting.
* Introduction and co-ordination of customers to the Sales Teams and/or Service Advisors
* Data entry and reporting using our it Business Management Solutions, including CRM and vehicle IT systems
* Oversight of rental process, ensuring efficiency and high quality at all times
* Liaise with Branch Manager as to fleet availability and operational tactics
* Oversight of car movement and driving/delivering company vehicles as required
* Conducting audits on rental vehicles to monitor quality of output from valeting team and reporting back to Branch Manager with results on a consistent basis
* Cleaning and preparation of rental vehicles to a premium standard, both inside and outside
* Checking in of returning vehicles and additional products/accessories (e.g., satnavs, Wi-Fi to go) and processing required paperwork for incoming customers
* Assessing returning vehicles to account for any new damages and assist customers in processing any associated paperwork or transactions
* Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
* Any other duties as required by the Branch Manager

Key Skills

* A professional appearance with previous experience in customer service/ front of house roles
* Great communication skills both verbal and written
* Great interpersonal skills, friendly and competent team player
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Computer literate with experience of using various business IT systems, including products within the MS Office Suite such as Word and Excel
* A good knowledge of administrative procedures and timelines
* Have worked in a similar front of house role in a busy dynamic environment where multitasking will be an essential requirement
* Previous experience in the motor industry will be an advantage
