We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Sales Director will be a member of the senior management team. S/he will have ownership for the strategic growth of the business in Ireland, Europe and Internationally, identifying new business opportunities and managing sales activities.
Principal responsibilities inherent within this tremendous role will include: directing the company sales and marketing strategy to achieve business growth targets; overseeing and growing the existing sales department, gathering performance data, creating reports for executive management and shareholders to provide strategic advice and direction to the business; effectively managing the commercial development activities; and leading the planning and implementation of business marketing and growth strategies.
Suitably qualified and interested candidates will be experienced in operating at a Sales Director or Commercial Director level within the SaaS solutions sector.
In depth experience of developing and implementing sales strategies and delivering on high growth targets will be crucial. In addition, candidates will have proven ability to manage and lead the strategic and commercial activities of such an organisation as well as a compelling track record of driving the top line sales growth and improving results month by month.
