* Capacity Management and Planning for the entire IT infrastructure.
* Ability to create and run extensive capacity reports.
* Manage and administer core functions of the tools in ITSM department (IBM Tivoli Monitoring, uCMDB, HP Asset Manager, Syslog-ng, IBM BigFix, Arxview, Disaster Recovery).
* Produce and maintain internal knowledgebase articles.
* Service application and infrastructure requests.
* Provide expertise during critical issue response.
* On-call and out of hours support on rotation.
* A valid passport and ability to travel to the USA.
