We are looking for a passionate Marketing Performance Analyst to join our Integrated Marketing team who will be responsible for providing insights and optimisation opportunities enabling key business decision making. This is a critical role in supporting Sage's digital marketing strategy and the architecture of our digital demand experience and ABM Journeys. You will leverage both your analytical and creative skills to reach untapped audience segments and unlock new areas of growth. The successful candidate will be an expert in campaign analytics and data visualisation tools, enabling them to successfully deliver insight-lead recommendations and evaluations. To this end they will need to be highly analytical, with a strong statistical background, and proven ability to consolidate large amounts of data into digestible and presentable highlights. This analysis will fuel all global web optimisation and conversion uplifts programmes.
•Together with the Integrated Marketing leads and Marketing Automation Teams conduct analyses to enhance marketing efficiency and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
•Build dashboards, reports, and alert systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of demand nurture campaigns and activities.
•Support experiments to determine campaign segmentation and engagement strategies, and develop specific KPIs, forecasts, and goals.
•Assist in data management and data quality with other functional data owners across the business to ensure data integrity across different departments.
•Perform ad hoc analysis to support the senior leadership team and proactively conduct investigations when abnormalities are identified.
•Collaborate with the team to launch, manage, and optimize customer acquisition, lead nurturing and ABM campaigns, defining and owning metrics that capture marketing channel performance and identifying insightful trends.
•Deliver strategic analytics insight into Demand Nurture and ABM Campaigns and Optimisation groups to drive performance and conversion uplifts.
•Analyse work request volumes for the Marketing Automation team, reporting on trends, and operational efficiency and compliance metrics including SLAs
