YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, prospect and qualify quality new business Opportunities
· Develop new and existing business opportunities
· Develop and maintain a high quality pipeline of target customers and prospects
· Develop and maximise strong productive partnerships with key nominated high grade customers through a professional needs-based selling approach
· Promotion of our full range of products and services
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activity via CRM Tool and prepare regular forecasts and reports to ensure effective forward planning
· Providing the company and business units with market research intelligence
· Contribute to the successful development of products in your territory through creative ideas, suggestions and involvement in specific sales building tasks
· Some basic product training will be given, to include on site training
· Sending well presented and accurate proposals through Pandadoc software
· A requirment to work late some evenings to met customers
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Proven & successful business development experience in the direct sales marketplace
· Demonstrated ability to identify and exploit new sales opportunities with potential customers
· Commercial awareness is a must
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Customer Focus with a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
· Results focused, exceeding agreed business revenue and volume goals and pushing for results
· Team-oriented, possessing a positive attitude and working well with others
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Experience in FMCG or hygiene industry a distinct advantage.
· A background in key account management
· A warm positive can do attitude is needed for the role
