Job Specification:
Southern Ventilation Products Ltd have opened a new depot in Dublin and is now seeking to recruit an area sales representative to cover the Greater Dublin and South Leinster Regions. The successful candidate will be dealing directly with Builders Merchants and Contractors to grow the existing customer base and sales.
Requirements
• Full & Clean Driving licence
• Minimum of two years in a sales/technical role.
• Experience in the construction and building materials sector is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication, presentation & IT skills.
• Adaptable, self-driven & team oriented.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high growth business.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Must be confident and persistent
Key duties and responsibilities
• Develop existing customer relationships as a connection between the company and the customer to ensure both high levels of customer satisfaction and business retention are in place across the territory.
• Deliver updates via Sales Reports and attend monthly team meetings and prepare reports when required.
• Build a strong network of contacts to help grow the business.
• Prepare customer proposals and solutions with clear costings and evaluations
