Basic salary of €36,000, realistic OTE of €90,000 with high achievers earning well in excess of €100k
Guaranteed €50k in year one salary to assist with building a pipeline in initial few months.

Due to business growth and ambitious plans for the future, our client are seeking Business Development Managers to grow their client base in various locations across Ireland. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for a specific geographical location in your area, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing relationships within the SME arena. A varied and engaging sales role, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working person to work with a market leader.
This client will offer extensive training, a competitive basic salary and an excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme, that sees high achievers earning comfortably €90k per annum. You will have the support of the telemarketing team as well as self generating your own leads; you will be selling outsourced HR Consultancy services in the B2B market.
What are we looking for?
- Proven sales experience in B2B service sectors (industry experience not required)
- A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
- Extensive social and business networks
- Target driven and total focus on achieving targets and helping grow business
- An outside the box, pro-active approach to self-generate new business through activity, referrals and networks
- Full driving licence, this will be a field based role combining some home working and travel to Dublin or regional offices
