Perenco Ltd is one of Ireland’s largest and leading distributors of Industrial, Engineering & Safety Products. We are currently recruiting for an experienced sales office administrator for our Dublin office. The candidate we are looking for must have an energy and enthusiasm for customer service, sales and the willingness to be part of our successful team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Dealing with and responding to all customers queries and orders.
2. Processing of sales orders via company's own in-house software system.
3. Engage with customers on stock availability and the status of orders.
4. Dealing with counter cash sales and front desk customer sales (training provided)
Skills/Requirements for this role:
1. Previous sales/customer service experience in similar background preferred.
2. Familiar with Microsoft software and computer literate.
3. Experienced in answering high volume of phones calls daily/building customer relationships.
4. Customer focused with a courteous & polite phone manner.
5. Ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of our team.
Job Type:
Permanent Full Time
8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (4.30pm finish on Friday)
