Our client who is the Business of Printing & Packaging are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their multi award winning business.
You will be responsible for growing the business and targeting key clients.
This position is due to further expansion and a really great time to join this company and be part of this exciting growth phase.

Core Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities
Plan, Develop and Deliver new Print eCommerce site
Develop new revenue streams from our Webshop (Webshop target)
Help in the development of new service offerings in line with market demands ( e.g. packaging)
Manage the marketing function for the company to improve sales proposals, marketing collateral and marketing campaigns.
Develop content, plan Calendar and deliver Social Media Communications and SM Plan
Meet and exceed all KPI's and revenue targets
Have overall responsibility for the development of new business in the company
Prepare a plan to achieve the new business sales targets
Prepare an account management plan for relevant new clients won
Reply to relevant tenders
Develop marketing campaigns and co-ordinate marketing activities
Provide sales and product guidance to the team
Core Competencies

Excellent knowledge of Printing or Packaging Sector in Ireland
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, demonstrably able to use a variety of communications styles, language, and media, appropriate to the team and to other stakeholders including regular sales and marketing communications
Excellent planning skills together with project management and prioritisation skills.
Delivery focused – taking potential clients through the sales process /cycle
Strong analytical problem solving capabilities and business acumen.
Ability to work on own initiative, yet also strong team player
Committed to working through problems to ensure they don’t impact objectives
Passion and Drive - willing to go that extra mile to achieve a target/objective
Resilience - ability to meet challenges and pressures head-on and to manage and address set-backs as encountered
