FRS recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of ‘Agri Sales Rep’ on behalf of our client – a leading Irish Agribusiness and provider of nutritional animal feed and diet formulation on farm.
This is a full time permanent role covering the counties of Laois, Carlow & Wicklow
The Role
* Maximising the Commercial Success of the Region.
* Successfully implementing and reporting on the Operational Plan for the Region
* Meeting agreed sales and revenue collection targets
* Providing effective operational support to other sales team colleagues.
* Building long term business relationships with livestock farmers.
* Advise on diet formulation.
* Farm advisory on best practices & feeding
* Recommend changes in products & services
The Candidate
* An Agricultural Science, Equine Science, or Business Degree (preferable but not essential).
* An entrepreneurial flair and drive to succeed.
* Excellent Planning and Organisational Skills.
* An intimate knowledge of and practical experience in the Irish Agricultural Industry.
* An enthusiastic, positive attitude in a challenging environment.
* 1 - 2 years on farm sales experience
