TELESALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – INSIDE SALES – D15 MULTINATIONAL

Applicants for the job should have excellent verbal communication skills as it requires describing products or services in order to persuade a customer to place an order. The ability to use relevant computer systems is vital for this position as is the ability to use initiative and think quickly.
Daily functions include:
Managing databases and recording all client histories.
Generating new business by making outbound calls to live and dormant customers.
Managing accounts of live clients.
Meeting revenue and KPI targets.
Assisting clients with order, logistical and payment enquiries.
Calling prospective clients that purchased previously.
Up-selling additional products and services to existing client base.
