Sales Manager
Due to expansion of the business we have a new requirement for a permanent FMCG Sales Manager.
Duties:
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a direct sales & merchandising team to service our brands and grow sales
· Develop and coach the team to achieve a best in class sales service and route to market fit for purpose.
· Propose changes and/or efficiencies to drive and improve sales performance and return on cost investment
· Conduct regular reviews of individual and team performance against agreed KPI’s
· Achieve annual sales targets and incentives for the sales portfolio you manage.
·
· Control sales overhead costs, manage budgets and monitor team expenses.
· Participate in the development and implementation of business building programs.
· Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Achieve all key trade performance indicators.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Key Requirements
· Bachelor degree in sales/marketing or business related field desired.
· 4-6 year’s sales experience at managerial level within the FMCG Coffee Business.
· High-energy self-starter, as well as collaborative team player.
· Demonstrated achievement in delivering consistent sales and profitability results.
· Experience leading and managing goal orientated teams; comprehensive people management experience essential.
· Demonstrable ability to evaluate, mentor, coach, and performance manage sales personnel.
· Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships.
Package:
· OTE €60-80K
