My client a stunning 4 star hotel located only 10 min drive from Galway city is looking to recruit a Reservation Executive to share in their passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- To be familiar with the day business, including arrivals, departures, special requests,etc
- To deal with all guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- To have thorough understanding of all requirements when checking-in and/or checking-out a guest (confirm booking, length of stay, package etc.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
- To assist in the smooth running of the front office desk during your shift.
- Work towards targets.
