Job Description:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Planning & Management
Contact and Relationship Management – keeping company contacts up to date
Corporate Communications and Brand Management – ensuring that all communications, advertising & merchandise are consistent with the brand – Digital Marketing and Internal Communications (website, LinkedIn, e-zines etc.)
Project Management
Business Development support for sales team tendering for work
CRM Maintenance
Prequalification Development
Looking after marketing accounts and collating and producing reports for management
Corporate Social Responsibility and other general marketing tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3rd level or post graduate qualification in Business or Marketing
Technical competency (MS Office 2010 and other)
Construction/ Engineering Services company experience will be a plus
Candidate:
PERSONAL SKILLS
Excellent communicator, able to interact with various types of audiences and with an ability to manage relationships at all levels
Possesses advanced time and task management skills and a structured approach to work
Demonstrates attention to detail and good judgement
Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
