Business Development Manager – North West
GrabOne is Ireland's largest home grown daily deals and local commerce business. We link local and national businesses with consumers through unique and attractive daily deals. A fast paced start-up, we have saved Irish consumers over €10m in our first year with over 500,000 people using our deals to try out great things to eat, see and do with local businesses in Ireland.
We're looking for the very best sales people in Ireland to join our growing network of Business Development Managers nationwide – to continue driving our revenues in the coming years. As part of the Grabster sales team you will be directly responsible for selling accounts across a variety of sectors including Accommodation, Activities, Food & Drink, Beauty, Events, Health & Fitness, Services and Products.
This is an exciting role for seasoned, self-motivated and ambitious sales executives with the opportunity to have a major impact in a new company within the fastest growing and most exciting new business models on the internet.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Source, identify and manage a high volume of top quality potential clients for GrabOne through your territory using a variety of sources including online and offline
• Proactively hunt out, propose, negotiate and close deals with local businesses in your territory both face-to-face and over the phone
• Track, manage and record all contacts and sales activity in Salesforce.com CRM
• Achieve and over exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly annual sales targets
Must haves
In order to be considered for the role, you need to demonstrate the following qualities:
• Experience working within a high-volume and targeted field and inside sales environment
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to new situations
• Excellent communicator with ability to sell at all decision making levels
• Strong working knowledge of all things Internet & social media including Facebook & Twitter
• Hunter! No farmers
• Own car and clean driving licence
