The VITO Oil Filtration System is small lightweight and easy to use. You simply place the VITO into the fryer, while the oil is hot, and press the start button. The cycle takes 3-5 minutes and the VITO stops automatically. You then remove the VITO from the fryer. By doing this process daily 99% of the particles and odours are removed from the oil thus saving the customer up to 50% on their cooking oil costs.
