We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will work as part of an account/territory team to build and execute tailored account plans for new prospects and existing customers in order to generate net new pipeline value and engage key decision makers within accounts. Our client is an outsourced Inside sales firm who accelerates adoption by converting digital interest into long-term consumption through a customer-centric, solution-based selling approach.
Activity - Executes account specific multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach, high volume 60+ daily.
Target audience - Predetermined account list, existing customers or net new prospects, Influencers, Business and Financial DMs.
Messaging - Builds and delivers account specific messaging strategy, consultative sales approach.
Product/Offering focus - Covers multiple offerings or full portfolio coverage, including professional services.
Qualification/Sales Stage - 0-40%: Owns Lead/opportunity generation and discovery/scoping, full BANT to BANT+, may provide late-stage sales support.
Deliverable - Produces qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, Schedules follow-up with warm hand off, and provides scoping details. Critical Competencies
Communication Skills - Executive level written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder relationship building.
Sales Skills - Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers.
Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of industry trends, ability to learn and discuss client solutions in detail.
Business Operations - Able to execute in team sales model, and collaboration with technical resources and channel partners. Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience - Five plus years of Sales and/or marketing experience is required, technical sales required, Enterprise experience highly preferred.
Languages - Danish/Dutch level (C1) required.
Tools/Systems - Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems required, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, etc.) preferred.
