THE COMPANY: Our client, a well-known provider of market-leading tooling products, are now looking to expand their team and require a Business Development Manager to join the team, covering the Republic of Ireland. They represent some of the best-known brands in the tool industry and have a multi-million turnover. They offer genuine career progression opportunities to the successful Business Development Manager.
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for selling their full range of power tools and accessories into builders’ merchants and retail. You will interact with a variety of decision makers including owners, purchasing departments. Your territory will be the Republic of Ireland. The role will be predominantly new business, so you must be comfortable with sourcing new business opportunities. Full training will be provided to the successful Sales Representative.
THE PERSON: Preferably you will have a background in power tools sales. Experience in distribution sales or dealing with the wholesalers is also advantageous. Candidates coming from a technical sales role in the construction industry will also be considered. You will be a hardworking and driven individual with a good personality and determined to succeed.
* Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 DOE
* OTE: €5,000 - €10,000
