Tactical Talent Recruitment is excited to partner with one of the world’s leading businesses in the bathroom sector. They are seeking an ambitious and commercially aware Field Sales Rep with Bathroom or Construction sector field sales experience to further develop their presence with residential property developers and builders across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

This role will appeal to anyone who knows what it takes to deliver on sales targets in this competitive sector. Ireland is in the midst of a housing crisis and the need to build more houses and supply bathrooms for these year on year will be on the increase for the foreseeable future.

·       You will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts

·       You will target previously untapped (no pun intended) national and regional property developers and builders  

·       Work closely on technical specs with specification managers and architects

·       Attend trade events and represent the company as a brand ambassador

·       Liaise with the marketing and sales departments.

·       Work closely with the national management team in strategically managing the annual sales pipeline

·       Managing the complete sales cycle

Person Profile

·       Previous experience in a similar role with ability to manage margins effectively

·       Extremely well networked with builders and residential property developers regionally and nationally

·       Ability to work closely with specification managers to produce regulatory compliant plans

·       CRM Experience

·       Excellent time management and organisational skills

·       Outstanding territory management and journey planning ability – Some overnights required

·       Bathroom Sector Experience an advantage

·       Strong knowledge of competitor activity and the impact on market share

·       Experience with Sales force and all MS Office Products preferable

The Package

·       Basic salary circa up to €60k depending on experience
