Hartley People are looking to recruit an In House Sales Executive for an exciting opportunity with a Co Kilkenny based company.

The ideal candidate will come from a Sales/Retentions/Account Management background with 2 or more years experience.

This role is office based and is full time permanent. This role will fit in as part of a growing team.

The Role:

• Drive the sales process and develop proposals
• Engage and build relationships with target new accounts
• Manage the sales cycle
• Implement best-practice pipeline, sales forecasting and opportunity management
• Be a highly collaborative and influential member of the team
• Reporting on targets, sales and pipeline activity

The Person: 

• 2+ years Sales/Retentions/Account Management experience
• The ability to understand clients business – their ethos, aims and aspirations
• The ability to influence key stakeholders
• The ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion
