THE COMPANY: This start-up is looking for a new sales representative to sell their range of industrial products and increase their market share. Due to their ambitious growth plans there are opportunities to progress and potentially move into a management role.
THE ROLE: As the successful Territory Manager you will be selling a range of industrial products including disinfectants, gels, alcohol wipes and lab consumables such as media plates/bottles into industrial and Pharmaceutical laboratories. In this role you will spend the majority of your time selling to quality control managers, procurement and buyers. This role with be a 50/50 split between account management and new business. You will inherit a list of accounts, including some of the largest blue-chip Pharmaceutical companies in the country, but you will also be targeted on winning new business.
THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, ideally you will come from a scientific background with experience selling a similar product range. Those with a Microbiology degree would be highly desirable. Experience selling into laboratories/cleanrooms is essential. You will have a naturally consultative approach to sales, a high degree of tenacity and a hunger to succeed. This role would be ideal for a 2nd or 3rd jobber, looking to take that step up in their career.
* Basic Salary: €35,000 - €45,000
* OTE: €100,000+
