THE COMPANY: With an impressive 20M turnover last year, this company is expanding rapidly. They manufacture specialist engineering components including pneumatics and hydraulics and offer custom-based solutions for their customers. Their clients include some of the large Blue-chip companies in the Pharma, Medical and Food & Beverage industries. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager in the Munster region to sell their full range of products and solutions. Due to the company culture they have a low turnover of staff, and look to attract the top talent to their business with ongoing training and support for their team.
THE ROLE: In the role of Business Development Executive, you will sell products and solutions used in various processes and applications within the Pharma and F&B industries. You will be covering the Munster region, which already has a well-established client base. You will also be targeted on developing new business within your assigned territory. You will interact with a variety of decision makers, including engineering managers, manufacturing and production engineers, purchasing etc. Realistic and achievable targets will be set for you within your territory and you will be given the training and support to achieve your targets on a monthly basis.
THE PERSON: If you have experience selling products such as pneumatics and hydraulics then this could be the role for you! Experience selling other products/solutions including valves, compressors, cylinders etc are also desirable. If you are currently selling other technical products or solutions into the Pharma/Food and Beverage industries, you will also be considered. Our client is open to looking at outgoing, confident and driven technical sales individuals with a hunger and passion to succeed.
* €35,000 - €45,000 Base Salary DOE
* €20,000 OTE
* Fully Expensed Company Car or Car-allowance
