Project Support Assistant: Main Duties
-Operate in a sales support role with the responsibility for helping process new business orders through
understanding, interpreting and responding to customer/sales inquiries and technical specifications/documentation.
-Liaising across the business to confirm scope/project requirements
-Supporting the sales team and commercial team by coordinating the seamless transfer of order information
-Preparation of sales quotations
-Working with order generation tool using Salesforce
-Process & hand-over quotations to the commercial team
-Project support topics
-Compiling company information for tender submittals
-Compiling project-specific technical submittals
Project Support Assistant: Qualifications
-Experience in order processing
-Experience with Salesforce tools
-Project and/or Sales support experience
-MS Office experience (Excel/Word etc)
-Highly motivated, self-starter
-Time management skills
-Technical experience in the construction industry
-Construction Health and Safety regulation experience.
