Synchro are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for the eir brand in our new Large and Small Business department. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
You will be an excellent communicator and possess superior people skills. You will be comfortable presenting products and services as well as dealing with objection handling and complaints. Your main objective is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing our business.
- · Contact existing and potential customers to inform them about our products.
- · Confidently answer questions about our products.
- · Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- · Direct prospects to the Sales Representatives when needed.
- · Enter and update customer information in the database.
- · Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- · Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- · Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales targets
- · A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Telesales representative.
- · Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
- · Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs and CRM software and telephone systems.
- · Fluent English
- · Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- · Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
