This UK based medical manufacturer, has invested heavily in the UK and Irish market and is committed to further growth in the region. Due to continued growth, they require an ambitious sales person to join the team.

THE ROLE: As a Sales and Technical Support Representative, you will work in close partnership with your customers, to ensure they are maximising the potential gains of the product. You will be selling their full range of capital equipment and consumables into laboratories. Working across both the public and private healthcare sector, you will deal with a variety of clinical and commercial decision makers.
THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong scientific background and the patience to work within a heavily regulated sector. If you have no sales experience but a strong scientific background you will also be eligible for this role, with practical laboratory skills being a distinct advantage. Experience selling into laboratories is essential. You will have a naturally consultative approach to sales, a high degree of tenacity and the ability to nurture a fairly slow-paced sales process. You will also enjoy occasional international travel as part of the role.
* Basic Salary: €45,000 - €55,000
* OTE: €10,000+
