Trade Counter/Internal Sales
Trade Counter Duties
* You will act as the first point of contact with the Construction Clients
* Liaising with and supporting our field-based Sales Representatives to ensure that customers’ orders are processed Accurately
* Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding Construction/Hardware Tool Hire
* Assist with Trade Counter Sales and Enquiries
* Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling construction/building materials and hardware on all incoming and outgoing calls.
* Serving customers on the phone and a busy trade counter
* Day to day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
Skills and Experience Required : Trade Counter Sales
* Ideal candidate will have a construction background/product knowledge with some sales experience
* Experience in a similar role is a advantage
* Knowledge of construction/building materials highly desirable
* Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to work in a busy environment
* Keen interest in delivering superb customer service will be required to carry out this role effectively
